Originally listed at $350,000, SevSells basically sold the lot it sits on for $300,000 as the house was manufactured in the 60’s, thus eliminating common financing options. The property had plenty of large ticket items to include structural issues, grading issues, necessity of roof replacements and an abundance of deferred maintenance. Our standard investor market wouldn’t even consider flipping this property due to financing options. We found a buyer to bulldoze, build, and close in 2 weeks getting our Burrows sellers moved into their new Rankin home one week before Christmas and our Rankin seller a nice Christmas bonus.

The Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (PPIHC), brought to you by Gran Turismo, also known as The Race to the Clouds, is an invitational automobile hill climb to the summit of Pikes Peak – America’s Mountain in Colorado, USA held on the last Sunday of June.
Each morning of Labor Day weekend, about 70 hot air balloons take to the sky from 7 AM to 9 AM. However, the secret is to be at the park by 6:30 AM to see the ascension take place. Along with a wonderful sky, the festival also allows people to roam around the grounds to take full advantage of the entertainment and vendors.
Join the Cripple Creek community as 160-pound blocks of ice are transformed into each year's various themes. Don't forget to stop by the main event tent, where you can purchase votes for your favorite ice sculptures. The 2021 theme is "Carver's Choice!" The event will run from Saturday, February 8th to Sunday, February 16th with ice-carving viewing throughout the week. Fun activities will be available for the event patrons of all ages. The ice maze, ice slide, and interactive ice sculptures make this event perfect for photo opportunities and hours of fun. Be sure to visit their craft and food vendors in the main event tent and in the main event area, and warm up at the Ice Martini Bar, complete with an ice luge.
