Born and raised in Colorado with familial roots dating back to the late 1800s, Sevin is the epitome of Colorado. She grew up playing hard and getting dirty- hunting, fishing, dirt biking, sleeping under the stars, hiking, white water rafting, climbing, and indulging in every adventure Colorado has to offer. It’s no surprise she found her calling in the art of home ownership, helping countless families relocate to her great state and further assisting them in establishing their roots within the community. Independent and driven, Sevin started her first business at only 9 years old, earning a living wage and learning the art of entrepreneurship. In high school, she went on to run her family’s residential painting company and built it into a general contracting company- adding 5 divisions and learning the art of leadership. Today, Sevin leads a top producing real estate team, flips properties, stands as a nationally recognized realtor, and coaches other realtors on quick paths to success through “educating to sell”. Fear is never a factor for Sevin, but rather an opportunity to challenge industry norms and set a higher standard wherever she can out of the belief that people deserve more. She works diligently to ensure she always has the ability to provide opportunities to others as the community is her motivating factor. Entering into the world of entrepreneurship, general contracting, and real estate at a young age, Sevin quickly learned the necessity of working twice as hard- twice as smart- and being twice as educated. Happily married with three children, Yasmin takes pride in family and serving God. Having been a bonus (step) mama to her two oldest children prior to becoming a mama of her own, provided her with the foundation needed to build a home and create memories. In 2019, this family of five decided Colorado was going to be their home. They love to hike, adore the Colorado views and fresh mountain air. As a family, they enjoy a healthy lifestyle, sports and outdoor activities. Yasmin comes from a European background where she learned how to speak English and adapt to an entirely new environment at age 10. She traveled to many countries over her lifetime and takes pride and appreciates many Cultures. Having been raised in a Military family, Yasmin had to learn to fit into and mold herself to her surroundings at any given time. Being newer to Colorado, she is learning all she can to serve her community and start making a difference where she can. Yasmin spent her time in the Medical Field for over 15 years while traveling the United States, doing anything from Medical Assisting in Plastic Surgery to Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. By providing more to our agents on every level we have found it provides more to our clients every time. Many teams require full commissions while we encourage leveraging them in negotiations when things go south... It's amazing how reducing commissions can keep the transaction together sometimes, buy you that home warranty, or get you that off market deal! When agents have more, they give more... After all, we are in the business of helping people! Better leads, better incentives, better splits, better education, better negotiation options available.... I guess, simply, we just decided to do it better... because people deserve exactly that. While money matters, we also provide our agents with the ability to market your property like a true professional... pictures only and MLS input with poor property descriptions are simply unacceptable but unfortunately acceptable as industry standard. Our model is built to ensure we take less, give more, and incentivize to benefit the public and agents alike. And yes, we still have an office for everyone and support staff... we just don’t have desk fees to go along with it. |

The Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (PPIHC), brought to you by Gran Turismo, also known as The Race to the Clouds, is an invitational automobile hill climb to the summit of Pikes Peak – America’s Mountain in Colorado, USA held on the last Sunday of June.
Each morning of Labor Day weekend, about 70 hot air balloons take to the sky from 7 AM to 9 AM. However, the secret is to be at the park by 6:30 AM to see the ascension take place. Along with a wonderful sky, the festival also allows people to roam around the grounds to take full advantage of the entertainment and vendors.
Join the Cripple Creek community as 160-pound blocks of ice are transformed into each year's various themes. Don't forget to stop by the main event tent, where you can purchase votes for your favorite ice sculptures. The 2021 theme is "Carver's Choice!" The event will run from Saturday, February 8th to Sunday, February 16th with ice-carving viewing throughout the week. Fun activities will be available for the event patrons of all ages. The ice maze, ice slide, and interactive ice sculptures make this event perfect for photo opportunities and hours of fun. Be sure to visit their craft and food vendors in the main event tent and in the main event area, and warm up at the Ice Martini Bar, complete with an ice luge.
