Born and raised in Colorado with familial roots dating back to the late 1800s, Sevin is the epitome of Colorado. She grew up playing hard and getting dirty- hunting, fishing, dirt biking, sleeping under the stars, hiking, white water rafting, climbing, and indulging in every adventure Colorado has to offer. It’s no surprise she found her calling in the art of home ownership, helping countless families relocate to her great state and further assisting them in establishing their roots within the community. Independent and driven, Sevin started her first business at only 9 years old, earning a living wage and learning the art of entrepreneurship. In high school, she went on to run her family’s residential painting company and built it into a general contracting company- adding 5 divisions and learning the art of leadership. Today, Sevin leads a top producing real estate team, flips properties, stands as a nationally recognized realtor, and coaches other realtors on quick paths to success through “educating to sell”. Fear is never a factor for Sevin, but rather an opportunity to challenge industry norms and set a higher standard wherever she can out of the belief that people deserve more. Yasmin comes from a European background where she learned how to speak English and adapt to an entirely new environment at age 10. She traveled to many countries over her lifetime and takes pride and appreciates many Cultures. Yasmin spent her time in the Medical Field for over 15 years while traveling the United States, doing anything from Medical Assisting in Plastic Surgery to Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. Manitou Springs sits at the base of Pikes Peak just west of Old Colorado City. Don't forget to try some of Patsy's Candies famous salt water taffy and naturally carbonated mineral spring water believed to have healing properties. Beginning at Barr Trail, to the summit of Pikes Peak, one of Colorado's most famous 14'ers with an elevation of 14,114 feet. If you love a great challenge, this is for you!!
A true Colorado highlight, from an amazing hot spring resort to the Glenwood Caverns you're sure to find ancient underground caves waiting to offer you an exciting adventure and experience. With so many options to choose from during your time in Colorado, the extreme speed and adrenaline White Water Rafting and Zip Lining provide is a must have for any thrill seeker! Note: plan your trip according to your comfortability. Rivers reach their highest levels at the end of May and beginning of June due to the high levels of snowmelt. Education is key, and it has fallen short across the board. The real estate industry has cumulatively implemented a sub-par, standardized approach to educating realtors and consumers alike, utilizing today’s technology and information available to the masses. While desk time and basic curriculum are not only necessary but required to obtain and hold an active real estate license, we know there is nothing more valuable than first-hand experience and individualized guidance in exploring all available options and possible outcomes. It is through the application of implementing our training and education in which our industry fails to deliver for both the broker and the consumer. We all have the same information available, some just don’t know how, when, or where to apply it.
Consumers are only as educated as their realtors. Twenty percent of realtors have been licensed for less than a year, and 90% of business is procured by 10% of licensees. Statistically speaking, this tells us most realtors do not have the education or experience to properly expand on their client’s needs to deliver an optimal outcome safeguarded by individualized strategy.
In an industry where transparency is everything, we have come to find transparency hard to come by. Realtors proudly sit on the list of top 5 least trusted professions, and it’s no wonder why. Real Estate has become an assembly line, production-based process, that demands quantity over quality across the board.
The real estate industry fails to be transparent in regards to incentives - commission being the most well-known. The industry lets down its consumers with its misguided incentives. To put it simply, numbers speak volumes, and incentives matter. Trust, response time, missed appointments, poor communication, lack of personalization, and unsatisfactory negotiating skill sit top 5 on the list of disappointing consumer reviews when working with a realtor. Unsurprisingly, trust is the number one dissatisfaction. 23% of consumers report they never heard from their broker after closing, accordingly, 34% of buyers would not rehire their realtor. We have all heard the horror stories filled with alternative motives and pressured response time; seldom do we hear of solutions.
