SEVIN MURDOCK - Team Lead

Born and raised in Colorado with familial roots dating back to the late 1800s, Sevin is the epitome of Colorado. She grew up playing hard and getting dirty- hunting, fishing, dirt biking, sleeping under the stars, hiking, white water rafting, climbing, and indulging in every adventure Colorado has to offer. It’s no surprise she found her calling in the art of home ownership, helping countless families relocate to her great state and further assisting them in establishing their roots within the community. Independent and driven, Sevin started her first business at only 9 years old, earning a living wage and learning the art of entrepreneurship. In high school, she went on to run her family’s residential painting company and built it into a general contracting company- adding 5 divisions and learning the art of leadership. Today, Sevin leads a top producing real estate team, flips properties, stands as a nationally recognized realtor, and coaches other realtors on quick paths to success through “educating to sell”. Fear is never a factor for Sevin, but rather an opportunity to challenge industry norms and set a higher standard wherever she can out of the belief that people deserve more. She works diligently to ensure she always has the ability to provide opportunities to others as the community is her motivating factor. Entering into the world of entrepreneurship, general contracting, and real estate at a young age, Sevin quickly learned the necessity of working twice as hard- twice as smart- and being twice as educated. She seeks challenges in every aspect of life and challenges the norm with an unconventional approach that continues to prove successful in every endeavor. Guided by faith, and blessed with success, her moral combat is unwavering “If I can’t do right by all parties and deliver a mutual benefit- it’s not going to happen”. While Sevin is a strong leader, bold, and to the point- she is a true partner and friend to everyone in her life. She will laugh with you, drink with you, advocate for you, and always give you her best while standing in truth.

YASMIN BRYANT - Executive Assistant

Kindness goes a long way for Yasmin. Being a person of integrity, loyalty and love, Yasmin keeps herself set at a high standard for life. Happily married with three children, Yasmin takes pride in family and serving God. Having been a bonus (step) mama to her two oldest children prior to becoming a mama of her own, provided her with the foundation needed to build a home and create memories. In 2019, this family of five decided Colorado was going to be their home. They love to hike, adore the Colorado views and fresh mountain air. As a family, they enjoy a healthy lifestyle, sports and outdoor activities. Yasmin comes from a European background where she learned how to speak English and adapt to an entirely new environment at age 10. She traveled to many countries over her lifetime and takes pride and appreciates many Cultures. Having been raised in a Military family, Yasmin had to learn to fit into and mold herself to her surroundings at any given time. Being newer to Colorado, she is learning all she can to serve her community and start making a difference where she can. Yasmin spent her time in the Medical Field for over 15 years while traveling the United States, doing anything from Medical Assisting in Plastic Surgery to Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. Manitou Springs sits at the base of Pikes Peak just west of Old Colorado City. With many quirky shops, unique architecture, and a deep history full of surprises it is easy to let the hours roll by, here in the Wiccan capital of the United States. The Manitou Incline deserves a category in itself. A destination for many hikers, Olympic athletes, and "bucket-listers'' across the world. Conveniently located at the peak of Manitou Springs and bordering Barr Trail, this destination is sure to challenge your endurance. Don't forget to check out the Pikes Peak Ascent Race. Beginning at Barr Trail, to the summit of Pikes Peak, one of Colorado's most famous 14'ers with an elevation of 14,114 feet. If you love a great challenge, this is for you!!

Glenwood Hot Springs & Amusement Park

A true Colorado highlight, from an amazing hot spring resort to the Glenwood Caverns you're sure to find ancient underground caves waiting to offer you an exciting adventure and experience. Located at the top of the mountain, accessible by gondola, the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park has everything from roller coasters to canyon swings overlooking the Colorado River. With so many options to choose from during your time in Colorado, the extreme speed and adrenaline White Water Rafting and Zip Lining provide is a must have for any thrill seeker! Note: plan your trip according to your comfortability. Rivers reach their highest levels at the end of May and beginning of June due to the high levels of snowmelt.
